Elie Saab Haute Couture Fall Winter 2023 collection is out of this world. You read it right. It's not everyday that you get moved to tears photographing fashion. But I did. An incredible and deep collection of 70+ designs where the show started on the sound of church bells.

A collection that amalgamates many pasts and the present into imaginative interpretations on the virtue of beauty. Congratulations M. Saab. This collection is just beyond and it's been such an honor for me to be the Maison photographer for you and your amazing family for 6 years now.

Rime Arodaky new Resort 023 collection is the bomb. We photographed this new campaign in Saint-Tropez, and the images are bringing us all the vibes from this iconic South of France location. A summer feeling with long hair flowing in the wind in the middle of the boats on the St Tropez harbor. 

Every look is a stunner, and perfect for a rehearsal dinner, welcome event or a brunch. And this textured pleated fabric is everything. Cheers to Rime Arodaky new Resort Collection!

Today was Elie Saab Haute Couture Spring Summer 2023 shown, which is undoubtedly one of my most expected moment of the year. Elie Saab has been one of my most loyal clients and I've been shooting all of their Couture and Ready-to-Wear shows since 2016. 

Couture Spring/Summer is always my favorite collection, and such a great way to kick off a new year. This year, Mr Saab surpassed him again and the collection just is from another world. Shooting such beauty just leaves me in awe and I hope you'll like these as much as I have taken pleasure shooting them.

Rime Arodaky 023 new collection is out and we could not be more excited as 23 is Rime Arodaky's lucky number and her birth day (#GeminisRule).

This new collection celebrates the year 1995. A journey back to the 90's decade, full of nostalgia and freedom. This collection is a tribute to all the 90's iconic models and designers. Iconic runway supermodels and muses have inspired Rime to create each gown; crinkle textures, jewelry details, gold buttons and draping. Step back into the 90s world where sexy and freedom were key.

Today was Elie Saab Haute Couture Spring Summer 2022 show and I feel almost like crying writing those words. Elie Saab has been of my most loyal and kindest clients for 7 years now, and this was the first show since Haute Couture SS20 exactly two years ago before the pandemic. 

It felt so good shooting with my Elie Saab family again, and see familiar faces again. The new collection was once again breathtaking with powerful colors, amazing textures and materials. Paris Fashion Week is back and it just feels so good!

This is Rime Arodaky new Les Premières line. Focusing on French artisanal know-how, Les Premières line presents Maison Rime Arodaky's most exceptional dresses. For the 2022 collection, the 8 new styles are inspired by La Femme and honor famous French actresses. Les Premières line allows us to meet the specific needs of growing clientele who appreciates exceptional French savoir-faire and expects an impeccable service and quality for special bridal celebrations.

In French fashion terms, 'Les Premières d'Atelier' are the senior seamstresses who have had many years of experience within a Haute Couture atelier. Rime has created this collection as an homage for her couturières. They are at the basis of every creation, sharing their exceptional know-how and state-of-the-art quality standards. Unique embroidery, noble and exclusive materials, Les Premières are the symbol of know-how and meticulous work. Last October, I had the pleasure and honor to photograph my friend Tulipina's Workshop in Lake Como, Italy. I have always been stunned by Kiana's creativity with flowers, and her unique style. Seeing her bring so much delicacy and beauty through her talent, truly is a piece of art.

The workshop was held during 2 days on the shores of the Lake, and it was the occasion for a few to learn from her. On a side note, Kiana and her husband Nate had the courage to fly from the US to teach this workshop - in the middle of the pandemic and in between two restriction sets in Italy - and this was such a breathe of fresh air for me and my creativity. Thank you Kiana and Nate for this!

This post is very emotional for me and I had to close the year of 2020 this. I have met Kety & Eric, the owners of Les Domaines de Patras, back in 2015 when I was venue hunting for my very first photography workshop in Provence. Kety&Eric were introduced to me by Clémentine, from Le Blog de Madame C. , and we instantly clicked. Les Domaines de Patras is a luxury wedding venue - in the heart of Provence - and truly is a piece of heaven.

Across the year, our friendship grew, to the point where Kety became my son Andrea's godmother, we spent 2 montgs of confinement on the property, and finally ended up buying a house just next door of the Domain. Today, Les Domaines de Patras is launching their brand new website and identity and I can only suggest you to go take a look!

As we all need to adapt to the new world of pandemic and recurring lockdown, my talented wife bridal designer Rime Arodaky came up with a new bright idea and is now launching Rime Arodaky at Home Experience. The objective of it is to have you be able to pick your wedding dress, with the online recommendations of Rime. Rime will call you through a videocall and will present you the latest collection and the Maison's Iconics. You will identify a couple of dresses that you love the most, and these will be tried by a model having your body's specs. After that, Rime will ship you a box with your favorites at home, and will call you again so that you can do a fitting together. I documented hereunder photographs to help communicate this bright idea in the time of a pandemic.

For his new Ready-To-Wear Fall/Winter 20/21 Collection, Elie Saab is taking us to Spain. It is all about Spanish vibes, Sevilla inspiration, and dancing on the music of Luz Casal or Alberto Iglesias. This Collection was photographed in Palais de Tokyo in Paris today during the Fashion Week and I still feel grateful to count Elie Saab amongst my loyal clients. Every show and collection is just another treat for the eyes!

Last Spring, I was honored to photograph Balenciaga Autumn/Winter 2019 Global Campaign. I am still so grateful for what has been one of the biggest achievements of my career so far. This campaign received massive exposure with intense press coverage and billboards across the world, from New York City to Paris, from Miami to Shanghai or Tokyo.

This campaign highlights 14 real-life loved-up couples with different origins, backgrounds  and sexual orientations. It instantly made a lot of sense to me as I want to promote diversity and inclusivity in the wedding industry. As they mentioned, Balenciaga came to pick me because of that inclusivity that sweats out of my portfolio, on top of having an eye both for wedding and fashion photography.

I am very excited to be featured in Harper's Bazaar list of Top Wedding Photographers in the World for the 4th year in a row. Such an exclusive list with talented industry peers.

I have simply no words for Elie Saab's new Haute Couture Spring Summer 2020 Collection. I am so grateful to have counted Elie Saab as a loyal client of my business for 4 years now, but I can honestly say that this collection is my favorite by far. The Haute Couture shows are always the ones I expect the most to photograph, because of the textures, the color palettes, the materials that make these dresses so spectacular... But this one, seriously! I have never made such an extended selection of photos I want to show you. So here we go. 

If the idea of a winter wedding leaves you cold (pun intended) I'm pretty sure you'll be rethinking that after seeing this gorgeous winter bridal shoot captured at an internationally recognised ski mountain in Northern Italy.

Featuring gorgeous gowns from Rime Arodaky, the shoot was styled by Design Anarchy Studio at Cortina d'Ampezzo - a venue with a thousand year old history which is part of the Dolomiti Superski area. It was the perfect environment for a rustic winter bridal shoot. Snow capped mountains, two snow-covered outdoor table scapes and fine culinary gastronomy from SanBrite Acricucina all helped to set the scene. If you're an adventurous couple this would certainly make for a unique wedding option!

As registration for Greg Finck Workshop 020 opens today, this is a throwback at Greg Finck's 5th Workshop, that was held in Paris between May 20-23rd 2019 in Paris. The historic Ritz Paris was the background for our photoshoot perfectly styled by my friend Joy Proctor Design. This was alla bout breathtaking architecture, two-piece gowns and the most elegant reception decor featuring arrangements from Floraison Paris.

Today, we're launching Greg Finck's 6th Workshop with a brand line up of world-acclaimed wedding industry talents including Tulipina Design, Geraldine Magazine, Rime Arodaky and Wedding Sparrow amongst others. Last Wednesday was Rime Arodaky 020 Runway Show in Paris. The occasion for the Parisian Bridal Designer to present her new collection to the world. The 020 Collection 'Stardust' is inspired by the glam of the 80's. The Stardust babe is a warrior of the universe. Made of cosmic dreams & falling stars. She is empowered. She chooses bold over safe. Come travel back in time with us to the decade of glittery nights…

Glamping is where stunning nature meets modern luxury. It's a way to experience the untamed and completely unique parts of the world—without having to sacrifice creature comforts. Camargue is one of France's most hidden jewel! Located in the South East of France, between Marseille and Montpellier, it offers a unique backdrop of seaside landscapes, where wild horses run in full freedom.

That's the backdrop we had chosen for this editorial that we shot a year ago. Planned and designed by Lavender&Rose Weddings, we wanted to put the highlight on that region, that is often in the shadow of Provence and the French Riviera. We were inspired by a free-spirit/boho mindset, still with a touch of luxury and glam.

For his Autunm/Winter 19/20 Haute Couture collection, Elie Saab went above and beyond one more time. Strongly inspired by Japan and the culture of the geishas, this collection is made of kimonos and dresses with oversized sleeves and intricate embroidered fabrics. An explosion of colors goes from red to pink, to purple and ivoire. To be noticed that for the first time, there has been no use of fur in the collection (still feathers though). The progress still is to be noticed!

This is Elie Saab Haute Couture AW19/20 backstage and collection, photographed today in Paris.

This is my favorite editorial photoshoot from last year, and undoubtedly one of my favorite ever. We photographed on a sailboat along the Adriatic Coast in between Italy and Croatia. This area is still preserved from mass tourism and is a haven for Italian connoisseurs. Federica Beni perfectly orchestrated the planning and design of the day, the concept being a Honeymoon inspiration. We were surrounded by a great team including Matteo Castelluccia for video.

This project is an editorial photoshoot that I produced and photographed during one week for the the Sheraton Hotels chain in Asia. The photoshoot xas held between Macau, Hong Kong and Japan. We flew from Paris with a team of 5 team members, including Branco Prata for the Styling&Design, Harold James for Hair&Makeup and Floraison Paris for the floral design.

This is going to be used by Sheraton to promote weddings all across Asia.

You can rely on Elie Saab to masterfully transform a fabric, print or cut into instant Couture. For his Haute Couture SS19 show, the Maison made tie dye look high-fashion. The silk satin full gowns in tie dye red as well as blue and pink never had a hippy-inspired print had such a chic makeover. Toward the end, out came the triumphs of Elie Saab in a form of feminine flowing summer dresses, some exposing the waistline or shortened on the front, as well as accented ruffles on the shoulders. The brief, but very beautiful section of scarlet red pieces felt like a welcome departure from all the embellishment.

Aftre the lookbook that you can see here, this is the campaign photographed for Rime Arodaky new Bridal 019 Collection. This campaign, mostly shot on film, was photographed in Paris last August. This was photographed with Calista and Audric, two professional ballet dancers, respectly from the San Francisco Opera and Paris Opera. Through these photos, I tried to vehicle the softness, movement and connection between the two of them.

New York Bridal Fashion Week is in full swing, and I'm bringing you in exclusivity my images of Rime Arodaky Runway Show, photographed two days ago in Canoe Studios, Manhattan. For the third year in a row, Rime Arodaky has opened the New York. Bridal Week and distinguised herself with a unique show, taking her audience deep into her universe and new collection.

We are excited to launch Greg Finck's 5th Workshop today. The 2019 Workshop will be held in Paris, France, from May 13-16th 2019. Afer a very successful workshop this year, we are excited to team up again with world-acclaimed wedding designer Joy Proctor and bridal dress designer Rime Arodaky.

Greg Finck Workshop is a 3 days / 3 nights immersive experience of learning, sharing and getting inspired for wedding photographers. Born from the lasting impressions of a journey through the artful city of Barcelona, Elie Saab presents the Haute Couture Autumn/Winter 2018-2019 collection 'Of Forms and Light' at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, an emotionally meaningful venue, as it hosted the Maison's very first Haute Couture show in Paris.

Stemming from the influence of Gaudi's architectural study and his masterpiece Casa Mila - 'La Pedrera', the relationship between light, natural forms and structures becomes a major inspiration in the designer's creations.

You've probably already spied gorgeous Moroccan wedding blankets. You know, the ones with the cream and taupe shaggy fringe and the silvery sequins? Otherwise known as handira, these blankets are a window into the traditional Berber culture of Morocco. They are crafted in anticipation of a wedding as a sort of send-off present. It comes as no surprise that their aesthetic appeal has been woven in to many bohemian and luxurious designs.

Utilizing these Moroccan wedding blankets as a neutral, yet glamorous jumping off point, The Twelve Events styled this beautiful wedding editorial that we shot on the Athenian Riviera last Spring. All of the handiras used in this editorial are unique and handmade in Morocco.  

This is a live from Paris FW18/19 Fashion Week today, with Elie Saab Ready-to-Wear FW18/19 collection. I've been grateful to count Elie Saab amongst my beloved clients for 2 years now and this is a photoshoot that I just did today, realizing the backstage, first look, and campaign for the brand.

A wonderful event once more, in the amazing venue of le Grand Palais, in the heart of Paris, and world-class models emphasizing the beauty of this collection. I hope you will love it!

As we just launched the 4th edition of Greg Finck Workshop – which will be held between May 21-24th 2018 in Paris – I am excited to be sharing the editorial that we shot during the 3rd edition last May. We had decided to reinvent Alice in Wonderland fable, with the help of a dream team composed of Branco Prata, Rime Arodaky, Laetitia C., Camille Bonardi, Canigueral, T Bakes Atelier, Pascal Délé amongst others.

The objective of Greg Finck Workshop being to always propose photoshoots that differentiate from the market, we wanted to land our own idea of Alice in Wonderland and the Queen of Heart. The world, your reality is ready to be explored and questioned.

Designers Keren Craig and Georgina Chapman debuted their F/W 018 Bridal Collection for Marchesa and Marchesa Notte at New York Bridal Fashion Week last Thursday. The line, which is inspired by Marchesa brides through the years, features light textures, dripping florals and romantic drapery.

"We were looking at the notion of transformation – the idea that a woman might not want just one look at their wedding and they don't have time to change. So think of a short skirt getting an overskirt that wraps around to create a gown or a sleeves that come off" said Craig.

New York Bridal Fashion Week is in full swing, and I'm bringing you in exclusivity my images of Rime Arodaky Runway Show, last Wednesday in Greenwich Village. Quoting Brides Magazine: "Rime Arodaky's Fall 2018 collection are the wedding dresses for cool girls.

Inspired by the free spirit in the rock and roll age full of risk-taking women and rule-breakers, this season Rime Arodaky has produced a beautiful collection of intricate lace and beading as a homage to cool-girl tattoos, light-as-air flowing crepe skirts, billowing sleeves and oversized frills designed to swish and swirl as the bride walks down the aisle".

Amazon Crush. A jungle breeze sweeps through the air, as the Elie Saab SS18 collection celebrates nature's botanic masterpiece: the Amazon. Like a living, breathing forest in motion, the collection boasts a coming together of light, fluid-like materials, all layered in perfect unison.

The bright color palette of warm yellow, hibiscus red, waterfall blue, orchid pink and shades of white bursts into life amidst the deep jungle green canvas that surrounds them.

The Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris is always a much expected moment. And what to say about this AW17/18 collection by Elie Saab? I was absolutely mesmerized by 'A Tale of Fallen Kings' show.

For Autumn/Winter 17/18, Elie Saab transports us into a world of medieval magnificence, as the Haute Couture collection captures the opulence and wild beauty of long forgotten times, and translates into it into fiercely elegant feminine silhouettes. I was particularly amazed by Chapter 3: The Rise of Warrior Queens, with colorful tribe princesses getting ready for war!

"Poetry in Motion". I feel grateful once again to have been hired by the Maison Elie Saab, to shoot the backstage of their ready-to-wear show, that happened last Saturday during the Paris Fashion Week, at the glorious Grand Palais.

One of ballet's most iconic scores, Giselle, inspires the Elie Saab Ready-to-Wear Autumn Winter 2017-2018 collection with its tale of human love crossing into the supernatural realm. An ethereal lightness uplifts form, mood, and movement amidst a seasonal return to dark romanticism.

The art of setting a beautiful and memorable table is not one that comes easily. Last Spring, I photographed the workshop of my talented friend and designer Joy Proctor, in Paris. A beautiful design begins with inspiration, and Joy's design for this welcome event began as an ode to Paris – the beautiful, intricate sculptures, the rich history, the traditional stone colors and romanticism at every corner.

Adding the wonderful florals by Bows&Arrows Flowers, and the fine art touch of calligrapher Linea Carta, and we have the perfect tablescape.

This is Marchesa new Bridal Collection 2017, that I had the honor to photograph in New York City last week for Style Me Pretty. I am so in love with that Maison and the wonderful designs of Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig. Everything here is so elegant and we are in awe with the explosions of lace, tulle and chiffon.

This new collection was displayed at the beautiful Canoe Studios, with a wonderful sunset light over the New York City skyline.

With the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop and a secluded section of Malibu's rocky coast as a stage, this wedding editorial came to life. Preferring minimalism over the ornate, simple coastal elements were used to create a dreamy seaside table: blue iridescent mussel shells, weathered driftwood escort cards, white coral.

Each place was set simply with fine white china and gold flatware, and adorned with a simple mussel shell, anchoring each place card to a white linen napkin.

Already one of the hottest destinations in bridal, the arrival of the second (highly anticipated) LoHo Bride boutique, proved an event and an evening, not to be missed. Opening its doors in chic West Hollywood, LA brides finally have somewhere suitably luxe yet relaxed, in which to seek out their perfect gown, an edit and a space befitting that California bride vibe.

I got the honor to shoot that opening last March, and here are some sneak peeks!

Samar (Une Libanaise à Paris) and Rime Arodaky both heart fashion, life, and love. These common interests brought them together to create a heather gray cotton sweater, with the mention 'Habibi': 'My love' in Arabic; 

I was lucky enough to shoot the Habibi campaign, and direct Samar, who wore the sweater along a day in Paris. Half of the sweater sales will be donated to Syria Charity, an organization helping Syrian children victims of the war. This first collaboration will lead to putting back in place windows and a heating system in a mixed grade school in Aleppo, so that children can start learning again in decent conditions.

A week ago, I had the great honor to be invited to the New York City Fall Bridal Week by the editorial team of Style Me Pretty. I joined Stephanie, Elizabeth and Abigail in the City, and followed them on designers runway shows and collections presentation during 3 days.

This is a behind the scene of this beautiful week, with backstages photos from the collections of Amsale, Jenny Yoo, Pronovias & Samuelle Couture.

This is Rime Arodaky's SS015 Bridal Collection. This collection is mainly composed of short dresses for civil ceremonies, inspired by the Parisian lifestyle, and made of refined fabrics and laces produced in France. We shot that collection in a natural-light studio in Le Marais, Paris, and the campaign was totally shot on film. This is one of my very first collaboration with Rime Arodaky, and I am still in awe with the result.

I have a deep love story with Provence. I love the golden light down there and the way it perfectly interacts with film, especially in the greens and yellows. Charlotte & Gianmarco seem directly fallen from haven. I love how they evolve in that lavender and olive grove landscape.

This wedding inspiration was realized last September in Provence, with a great team of vendors, and remains one of my favorite session.

Yesterday evening was one of the most exciting moment of the fashion bridal week in Paris, as Rime Arodaky disclosed her new collection 014. The fashion show was in Rime's brand new showroom, located 60 rue Richelieu in Paris. There are some images of the backstage and this brand new and beautiful showroom.
